This programme enabled us to standardise Vision Centre operations through upgraded manuals, standard operating procedure, EMR implementation and staff training. Clinical protocols were strengthened, teleconsultation initiated, and regular VC reviews established, helping us move towards sustainable and quality-driven vision centre services
