Beyond clinical excellence, the effectiveness of a hospital depends largely on the establishment of good administrative systems and the institution of sound management principles.
This fellowship develops the participants to become competent eye hospital administrators who can design and implement systems for effective management of eye hospitals.

Classes will be handled by the faculty at LAICO, doctors, managers, coordinators, and allied opthalmic personnel of Aravind Eye Hospitals. There will be regular interactive sessions with the founding members and senior leaders of Aravind. Each participant will be assigned a mentor to support and facilitate their learning.
